Why is there Something instead of Nothing?
Have you ever thought why there is something instead of nothing? Can Something come from nothing? Is the universe eternal? Did it have a beginning? Was there a mind behind the perfectly tuned universe?
I've been thinking about these questions for a little while. Something cannot come from nothing because things that come into being have to have a cause. It's like if you set up a whole line of dominos and just sat there waiting for something to happen to make them all fall down in the line that you made. It just will not happen unless you push the first one. You caused the dominos to fall in the line that you created. Causality is what it is called. You created the line of dominos, you were the creator, nothing happened until you pushed the first one.
If the universe is eternal, always been there: Where did everything come from? What caused the universe to appear? What caused time, space and matter to appear? Maybe there might be something that all powerful, eternal, outside of time that caused these things to happen? Just a few things to think about, you just some light stuff!
